Grand Caynon Panoramic at Mather Point

Get a close up view of the Rock on the Right! Visitors have tossed coins on to the Rock!

Well, I use 2 cameras. A Canon Digital Rebel XT, and a Canon Rebel 2000. with the Rebel 2000 I use Velvia 100 slide film for good color saturation. To create the Panoramic I shoot segments with a 5-10% overlap and most important I lock the auto exposure so that I can get a consistant exposure across all segments and set the focus to manual and I don't touch it while shooting. After shooting I download them to Photoshop Elements and stich them together. Sometimes I have found that Photoshop is extra sensitive and has alittle problem with blending the blue sky. So when I am haveing problems I switch to Panorama Maker by Arcsoft. The Quality drops off a bit but the Grand Canyon Shot and My sunset shot were done using Panorama Maker.
