And this bridge goes to...?
Used to be part of the Central Railroad of NJ where the Blue Comet used to run... I guess just like a lot of other rail infrastructure in the world when the RR closed up either they left some, all, or none of it, depended on if they could use it parts somewhere else or how much money they have left to tear it down. If you are into a little of our Nation's railroading history, usually competing railroad companies never like sharing trackage unlike today. Some railroad still like to have their own trackage but a lot of those right of ways have been torn up so now they utilize shared assists..
For this photo if you look at the satellite imagery to east of this trestle you will see the parking lot and after that houses staggered differently to the rest, then tracks reappear again but not for long the old bridges going over the rivers are long gone, eventually winding up over to the Central Railroad of NJ Terminal today Liberty State park where you get the boat to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
