Yes They Do!

Due to the new hunting regulations here they won't be eatable till next year. Antler spread must be wider than the ear tips before they are ready. :-(

When I was a kid you could take one if the nub stuck out of the hair far enough to hang a ring on.

Some people live in great places! Never tried venison. Not sure I'd go for the dark meat. Our 'roo meat is a bit like that. Goes real well mixed with beef tho. Lk this. They look grand alive!

Don't know what your missing. It is very lean and has a little more flavor than beef. When used for hamburger it must be mixed with a little beef fat or it cooks up dry. Grind it up and mix with pork and seasoning for sausage so good you'll slap your mama for not raising you on it! ;-)
