I am somewhat surprised by the few comments on your fotowork HERB,for instance on this grand picture.As you possibly can understand I can not make all your fotos my favorite( the box will probably crash if I do that)but I have the urge to do that anyway.This is gold.From now on I have to make choises in my further search down the series.

You know FEIKA, there was indeed many more comments on here including my first introductory comment. It seems that sometimes Panoramio deletes them, either deliberately or by accident. Certainly, I always leave them all on. I took this whilst doing a Fjord cruise (Our first cruise - this is near Nordfjord, Norway) and I thank you for bringing back pleasant memories. I quite understand about making all photo's favourites as I sometimes want to do the same with other peoples galleries. Thank you so much for making this a GOLD anyway. Regards, Herb

I am interested in this thread. Do Panoramio play roughshod / fast and loose with members comments and Ls and Fs and other things? How can this be? Why no rebellion?

In my brief time here I have noticed some strange (to my mind anyway) goings on!.

Hi Andy, thanks for another visit, this time to one of my older pictures taken in Norway. It was strange how the first comments got 'lost' but fortunately this did not happen very often (I think only with a couple) and all in 2008. Panoramio via its parent company 'Google' has gone through quite a few transitions over the last few years, particularly at the end of last year. All in the name of progress no doubt. By and large though it works good enough to keep me hooked!

All in all, Herb, that's good to know! (I joined in December last year and it seemed as if the problems I experienced were simply because I was a newbie, but maybe it was a more general problem).
