Long a bit of an institution, particularly at Halloween when lines can be a block long, this costume shop apparently is targeted to become a wine outlet. Residents of the area are somewhat concerned that all retail and other outlets are being driven out by rents only payable by bars, destination restaurants and alcohol profits.
Same here. Bob.
Costume shop? Guess that is what the folks have here for "Ball of the Vampire"
Btw - we joined in Feb, 2011. Went there to dance and got our car wrecked by a drunken idiot.
Car was at home - we used a tram line to get there
Bob, it is all over and seems to be a fact of modern city life. At least here a new generation has "discovered" cities and one result is perhaps prices driving out many of the small, non chain businesses. Meme, I remember something about that car damage. Looks like fun. This place today: Halloween Headquarters.
