Milford Bay was rainy that afternoon, but the ducks loved it. It stopped raining for few minutes, when I took this photo.
Milford Bay is a home of Trout Farm, which produces fine smoked trout products. Milford uses all natural hardwood smoke and mixed with a marinade process creates and special Muskoka flavour. It was started by Rolf and Edit Uhde (1973). They allow the public to come and catch their own trout in a pond.
Their product are available also in Torontos best deli - Pusateri, but it is quite pricey!
