3nd like...of a beautiful detail at a beloved theme...dear Daniel...my husband geotsak...was a pilot in Greek Military Air Force...so I am familiar with helicopters and all the rest...it was an airshow and pilot was a friend of our past...I am glad to see you again at my photos...and I hope for me to find soon the mood to be back in panoramio friends...thank you for the poke;-)
My best wishes for everything you would like for...
Hello Sylvie, many thanks for your wishes, the same to you :)
I think that at this stage of the game, Panoramio is like a small journal of our lives, the photos that we have on this site, all these speak a little bit of our personality, tastes, feelings, personal experiences and give up this page, is the meaning of leave an unfinished part of something that we have embarked on, and we must not giving up to that... you need take a little of time, think, and upload photos from time to time, but don't leave your gallery without your presence, somehow constitutes its essence (be involved in this adventure)
you have a natural talent for photography and the fact of losing your art, would be a pity. I hope that you can keep producing so nice images as you know to do it... there is always time to upload pictures, the excuses abound in us for not doing so!
I didn't know that your husband was helicopter pilot, it must be an exciting activity, fly so high... you're very kind, and is a taste for me recive your visit
a cordial greeting from here, daniel
I love angels and I collect as many as I could buy...(not anymore because of the crisis)..Your angel is very interesting as we don't know what is looking for ...and by keeping this anchor?...
My husband was not a helicopter pilot but pilot of this especially...you may see Geotsakwhen he was young...Here in panoramio is user/3103318...
Here in Greece winter comes slowly slowly so we will be back in Panoramio soon...
Heartly regards from Athens
Yes Sylvie, the anchor that holds the angel has its meaning, and I found a poem on it and reads as follows:
an angel pray for your eternal rest, wandering soul you don't know where to go, another angel watching your bewilderment, gives you an anchor to not let you go.
faced with the inevitable, a broken woman doesn't want to see you, know you have to leave, the flame of the lamp is off, indicates the end of your existence.
don't be afraid, disoriented soul, the holy spirit is with you, present in the pigeon goes where you go, to find their way together.
the angel holds you, is your consolation, don't you feel abandon life, he is showing you the way to heaven, no longer follow dilating your departure.
the anchor holding by the angel in this case, is a symbol of hope
thanks and greetings, daniel :)
