Another beautiful picture from the lakes Amelia lovely colours Like Regards Richard
Many thanks Richard. It was easier to get photos on Rydal Water as it runs east/west, whereas Grasmere runs north/south - as you know! ;-)
Another beautiful reflection perfectly framed, Amelia. YSL
Warmest regards, Leo
This is my favourite of the new 'uns, Amelia. Perfect composition, light and colours.
This is also a wonderful composition, Amelia! You are the master of reflections! They are just perfect
and the landscape is very beautiful too! LIKE! Best wishes, Anne
A so lovely mirror! Well done! Cheers, Christian
Thank you dear Leo. The English lake District may be small but it is perfectly formed! A photographer's paradise really. Thank you for the Y*, and have a great weekend.
Warm wishes, Amelia
I think this is my favourite too Keith, but it was difficult to get a photo that didn't show any traffic on the A591. A red car got into the scene! ;-)
Thank you dear Anne, especially for the Y*. Most folks visit the larger lakes such as Windermere when they visit the Lake District, and consequently miss the charms of the smaller ones - I'm glad to say. ;-)
stunning composition - a big YSl here - very very beautiful image
wonderful mood and beautiful light and colors my friend - the beauty of the north
have a good day, Hubs
Many thanks for your Y* here Dean. It would be difficult not to get good photos here! ;-)
Have a great weekend, Amelia
It is a really beautiful area dear Hubs. Maybe you can add this to your trip list after you've been on holiday to Norway! :))
Have a lovely weekend.
Je suis très heureux que vous avez aimé ce lac miroir Christian. Je recommande une visite à la "Lake District" si vous visitez l'Angleterre.
it's already done Amelia - the biggest issue for me is not to have enough time ';-)
warm greetings, Hubs
Happy holidays Hubs. :))
Tranquil water, just the place to sit and watch the world go by, while whispering sweet nothings to your partner
We did meet 4 other folks on this walk Bonnie Lad, but were careful not to let them overhear our conversations. ;-)
And of course there was a kissing gate to get through as well. All very romantic!
I must say this is a really nice composition with those big rocks in the foreground, which I like very much. I suppose your Nowegian visits give you a lot of practice on lakes, hence your mastery of this lake and its reflections!
So beautiful! Nice impression, very nice mood! LIKE! With a best wishes Al
