Looks a bit like the Point King lighthouse building. I see you have tagged this as 'dam' C, is there one close by ?

There certainly is D...this building is right opposite 2 very large old dams which have a catchment off the adjacent granite outcrop, complete with drainage channels built of split granite like so many others in this region. The railway is not far away. We found it by sheer luck when looking for a nice bit of bush to camp in!!

Looks like the houses kids always draw, minus the roof, I'd loved to of seen this in its prime, a lovely old ruin C :-)
