Paco: My name is Andy Martin That looks very familiar to me as I lived in Miraflores from about 1941 to 1944. that looks like where the Playa de Herradura is located near that hill. I used to ride my bike early in the morning to the beach from where I lived on the corner of Calle Piura and Calle Coronel Inclan. Great picture, thanks for sharing it with me.
