Autumn at West Burton

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

Sunday was a very productive day with good weather and nice light at all the locations I visited, the final one of the day being here at West Burton where there was a touch more water coming over than I am used to, I don't think they are quite as pretty like that but just in case I don't get back there before the autumn colour goes I thought I should grab a shot or two..

Thanks Andy :o)

The excess water Ian makes it look to milky as I call it and loses the delicate tracery and tiny splashes that make this particular fall so very pretty but it still wasn't so bad I didn't want a shot and the outflowing water was more significant so that was a plus. I did well to grab it when I did it seems because this wet and windy weather will put pay to all the leaves and the fall will be just a curtain of coloured water now I reckon.
