Worst of it passed tonight Keith

My mate was walking out of the supermarket when the bottom of his bag burst and he smashed a bottle of beer!

We have seen some amazing flooding this week (other than the story above) and the wind and seas have been amazing but we are OK and having a good photo/Pano meet-up here in Kitty Hawk.

Cheers marra - Jethro

Jethro,

You must be able to add a story on this trip to the group! Right? I can't imagine all that you saw.

Well at least the Germans can't put their towels on them.

I'm glad that you and your family are o. k., Jethro. What an incredible storm. Thank you for posting the pics and writing. Regards from Germany. Harry.

If they all were there I would guess it was the staff. In any case it is much better like that than all of them inside your (or someone else's) room. Cheers

Hi Jethro, good to see you weathered the storm.

I think that they have had trouble here with clients ignoring the No Diving signs. The loungers give a good idea of the depth, and if they still dive in, well...

All the best peter

Let me think on it Randy - it would be more of a rant than a story! :o)

All safe and sound though..........

Quite KC

I enjoyed your beer very much Gyöngyi - it was very clever!!

Thank you for your care and concern Harry - all is well this end. Just got home from the trip.

You make a very good point Sixten - You have convinced me that they did put them in the pool. A drop of bleach in the pool and they could have cleaned them up for next year too.

I did weather the storm Peter - mostly from the third floor of a hotel with a beer in my hand.

I like your thinking! This'll stop the daft English playing in the pool out of searson (there IS a story behind that one, and YES, it was me!).

Thanks y'all - some great comments, care and feedback - I appreciate all of you - Jethro
