The nice and rounded cliffs of Norrpada archipelago. Beautiful to pass in a kayak or on long distance skates. Here we passed in our kayaks in late afternoon, and having our tents at the island.
Amazing texture of the nature!
Fully explains the geological wonders of nature. thanks for sharing. ♣ L, All the best from Iran, Mahdi ♣
Thank you Mahdi for your kind comments and like. There are many wonders in nature, including rocks and mountains. I was kayaking in the Croatian archipelago three weeks ago, and the rocky islands were quite different. Greetings from Sweden, Mats.
Beautiful formations here Mats. I very much like the differential erosion and the marks left by the tidal changes, which look to be small - as they are in Norway. Isn't it amazing that plants are able to take a foothold in such seemingly barren places.

Thank you Amelia for your very kind comments. There is no tidal water in the Baltic sea, but the water level could differ up to one meter depending on weather conditions. And when passing not very deep parts between all the small islands (compared to Norway) it matters if you have 5 cm water under your kayak (too little) or 80 cm. Also the ice could influence how the vegetation looks like on the cliffs. (At Helgeland we had 3 meters tidal water, which had to be considered :-). Hälsningar, Mats.
