Bowlees panorama

I try to keep the splash pool in sight normally and this was a bit further downstream than I would normally take a shot from but it was the only way to have a decent amount of autumn colour in. Having done it I reckon it works quite well as a composition even without the splash pool.

Maybe not quite the same without the pool Sam, but yes, it does work very nicely,in any case we have a smaller one in the foreground. We can see right through to the falls between the large rock and the tree on the right, and i have to say its amazing how the leaves have stayed on the rock bottom right;-)) Good job done as usual!!

Neil & Ian, in reply to the leaves on the rock queries/observations. If you look around the scene you will see that almost every spare surface is covered with leaves and that rock was no exception but me being fastidious as always went all around what was in close proximity and decluttered a touch with that rock receiving the most attention, including its final adornment of a scattering of selected leaves, I must add though the rock was in situ there and not moved there by me :o)

Watch and learn men , watch and learn ;o)

Cheers :o)

Thanks Richard, I'm pleased the constant addition of autumn waterfalls isn't becoming tiresome and that you are still enjoying them. I know I need a change but getting the weather is the hard part, there is always more on my list than conditions allow and autumn will be lost soon and winter grey isn't something I like.

I did notice all the leaves Sam,but as you said..you being fastidious...;-)) I knew you hadn't put the rock there too,i remembered it from last time...not!! Although i do remember the one you shifted for me to sit on, could be just to the right of where you were sat.
