A perfect spot for a childhood getaway. It has everything you'd need: water, mud, colourful leaves, a special tree, a playground just in case the imagination fails . . .

You have no idea what memory you've touched on brother. Not only are our interests in photography similar, but that exact spot you managed to capture happens to be a spot my brother and I used to visit when we came to see our great aunt and uncle that lived the 3rd house from the end of Livingston Blvd in Dansville where that creek is. Just looking at this pic brings back a flood of years worth of memories of our visits there. Thanks for that shot as I don't get to go there anymore. Both the aunt and uncle and both parents have passed on. But this memory lives on strong in my mind and heart. Thanks bro.....

That is some of the highest praise a photographer can receive. Thank you.

This was my first time ever in Dansville. My truck was broken down and in for repairs at the truck stop and this spot is where my wanderings took me.

And I think that for me to find this spot and for you to find my photo represents quite a convergence of coincidence!

I would be pleased to know you took a copy of this picture for yourself and perhaps your brother as well!
