Great depth (DOF) Ian. LIKE! Greetings Berend
Thanks, Berend. While you were with your granddaughters, I was flying with my son.. but only I had a camera. I know this special country on the ground and on maps but it is always special to see it from the air, with all its patterns and colours.
Regards from OZ,
Great shot! All I can say is WOW!
Friendly greetings from Russia!
HI Ian from the group A1-Unique Australia . what a superb areal shot **Lgreat work mate.
Like to closer look at that surf running down the side of Wide Bay Ian. The day I was there a few weeks ago it wasn't quite big enough to ride. Wonderful area though. No a soul around on a Tuesday afternoon. warm regards Gary
Thank you, Ivan. It is a remarkable sand mass, and the complex ecosystem is very special.
Warm regards from southern Queensland,
I appreciate your encouragement, Ebi, and I hope my contributions to the Unique Australia Group are helpful. And we must thank my son for taking me aloft!
There were a few vehicles on the beach on Monday afternoon, Gary, and as you may see from other closer photos, there were various vehicles on the beach and sandbanks inside Wide Bay that afternoon too. All were there to fish, I suspect.
It's a great view, congratulations!!
Thank you Lizab. I am very fortunate to have such opportunities to fly with my camera, over places that I know are special from the air.
Warm regards from Queensland.
Thank you, Ahmet. This great sand bridge ties the rocky volcanic island to the mainland, and like the bridge you see from your office window, it is also an amazing bridge.
Thank you for your kind comments, Martin. This is a part of the world that I love very much, especially on the ground among the special ecosystems of these high dunes and beaches.
Warmest regards from SE Queensland,
