Dobre zdjęcie,fajnie skadrowane. Pozdrawiam Ryszard
Thank you for your kind response Richard.
Very nice Erik. Good perspective. It looks fairly narrow. Was this a narrow gauge railway or was it for pedestrians? Like
Cheers from Canada, Randy
Thank you Randy. It was a functioning broad guage rail bridge used to transport timber, it burned down in major bushfires in the 1950's. Rebuilt thereafter and now caters for cyclists and hikers on the trail. It was an overcast day for this image, in which I wanted to capture the curve and shadows beneath. Thanks for your visit and L.
A wonderful photo of an awesome trestle bridge. If only more of these treasures could be resurrected from decline!! Regards Caroline
Thank you Toriyama and Caroline, welcome and thanks for the L. Kind regards, erik
Yes indeed a superb bridge from a time when woodwork was a craft to be proud of..
