Blue Crab tracks in the mud

Not selected for Google Earth or Google Maps [?]

Blue crabs have a blue body with pale blue hairy legs and a carapace > 120mm. They eat fallen leaves and fruits and are active during the day. They are semi-aquatic, shelter amongst the roots of trees and burrow in the soft mud of the stream bed. Apparently they make for good eating but are a protected species.
