Beautiful street & view! Like
Best regards, Marlene
Hi Marlene, This area comes alive every Saturday with buskers and a giant market. It goes for blocks from Davey Street to Runnymede Street. Great atmosphere. cheers Gary
Hi Gary * from the group A1- Unique Australia . This is the famous market **L. I was working in Tassi in the mid 60ts. for the Hydro Commission .
How about some Tassi photos for the group :-)
So you're part Tasmanian then Ebi. Pity all your hard work, working for the Hydro, so that Tasmanian could have cheap hydro power, came to nothing. They put a cable across Bass Strait a few years ago and now sell our power cheaper on the mainland than we can buy it here. Go figure!!! I'll put some Tassie photos up now. Cheers Gary
Very nice,good shot.

Love this part of Hobart John Lots of character and things to do and see. cheers GAry
Serious bit of paving there. Some of our 'burbs have brick-paved streets but it's not common. Would be hard to maintain I'd imagine. Lk. Regards, Jock.
Paving all good Jock. I think they laid it on concrete and its as good today as the day they did it maybe 30 years ago. Its a pity some of other the streets of Hobart weren't as smooth!
Very nice townscape. Very elegant shot! Kind greetings, Alexey.
An elegant and old part of the city of Hobart Alex. Lots of eateries and pubs in this area to frequent. cheers Gary
