Welcome to Poole, Twin Sails Bridge

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

The Twin Sails Bridge is the first bridge of its type to be built and the world class design was chosen to symbolise the aspirations of the town.

Poole is proud of its maritime and industrial heritage and this is reflected in the world class design of the Twin Sails Bridge – with its two triangular shaped lifting leaves symbolising the sails of a yacht.
