What a lovely bouquet, Palmina! Well, it was your 50th birthday, no wonder you got so many beautiful flowers. I hope they will last long so that you can enjoy them for a long time! Greetings, Anne

It was a magnificent boquet. The flowers at the back were incredible. They looked like Coral on a stem. Such a lovely feathery feel to them. They should've lasted at least a week but sadly my dogs decided to have a snack during the night and went to the "all you can eat" flower buffet! So thankfully, I HAd taken the shot's

That's really a pity, Palmina! But at least you have the photos! I've never seen such flowers before. And I didn't know dogs like to eat flowers. They must have thought, these flowers look delicious and tried them. Cheers, Anne

I've never seen the dark red ones before either. My dogs will try anything that will fit into their mouths! It is the young one, Spencer, that kicks things off. The other two were never so naughty before he came. I have lost many a sapling in the garden with them - mind you, we haven't worked out just how they get through the wire mesh we have set up to stop them getting to the trees!

I guess you're into Fall right now. The flowers are beautiful, and the colors are great.

Thank you very much Ed It would be nice to have a snow storm now. It has been very very hot here for the past few days.

Jose Thank you as always for your lovely comments

Hank We have a Cherry tree which whose leaves are just starting to go reddish brown so it wont be long before the Autumn is here. Most of the garden has Gum trees so they are green all year. We were hoping to have a ride up to the north of the state over the Easter weekend (2 weeks time) but Kevin had a very lucky escape when some idiot drove straight at out car. Kevin managed to avoid a collision but the car is a write off, so any driving is out of the question. Ah well

Thanks Anne I'm catching up with everyone ever so slowly, it's surprising how long it takes going through the emails isn't it?

I hope you are o.k.

Hello Palmina is a beautiful bouquet, as you love flowers, possibly you like this. An affectionate greeting from Spain.

Thank you Lazariparcero and thank you for the beautiful link too.

With my regards from Melbourne, Palmina

Saeed I'm just not sure of what the dark red one is that looks like Coral. The others are Lilies, Gerbera's and roses. I will try to find out what the darker one is called.
