RR bridge at Pennsauken, NJ, representing the rail route from Philadelphia (30th Street) to Atlantic City; 20 July 2012, 11.43 (no.2). And, there is a tugboat. Train is approaching NJ side of bridge, running in pusher configuration (driver cab at head of train, diesel-electric locomotive at rear). There is no turn-around in AC (it's a dead-end line).
Across the Delaware River is the Kensington section of Philadelphia and the elegant old Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) power station.
