It's a wonderful photo, MaryAlice, and I don't have a title. But my choice of title would reflect their intriguing pose. Different minds ... different points of view ... something that suggests that. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a spat, especially since I'm sure you'd jump in to defend their loving natures! Sincerely, Marilyn

Once again, you're making me laugh! You already know me so well!

I'm still working on the perfect title, and I certainly thank you for your helpful hints. I am trying to go along that line, of course, with no fighting or negative thoughts of any kind. These two birds were positively smitten with each other, so it must be a happy title.

Thank you again for stopping by, and for making me giggle!

Happy Evening to you, MaryAlice

Victor: I appreciate your compliments on the bluebirds. I'm still trying to come up with the perfect title for this one. I posted it up before I had really thought about it. Now I am still at a loss. They were happy and in love, trying to pick out the perfect home for their spring nest. They were a little bothered by my presence and stopped to check me out for just a moment.

The inspiration will hit me soon. In the meantime, thank you again for stopping by this evening.

Kind regards to you as well, MaryAlice

THanks so much for stopping by!

I have spent a great deal of time over at "The bird lady of Lemberg's" earlier this evening. She has an outstanding collection of DUCK photos that I enjoyed greatly! Truly, she IS quite a bird lady and does her name proud!

Now, concerning your swollen head, well, I just don't really know what to say about that, sir. I must give credit where credit is due, and I do consider you a very gifted photographer. Not only do you impress me with your talent, but you entertain me as well, both with your skills and you wit.

I hope that you can somehow keep the swelling to a minimum, and yet continue to dish out the quality of entertainment to which I have become so accustomed.

It has been such a pleasure, H.P.

We did not suffer from any power loss, however, Atlanta was hit hard. I'm glad it all stayed up north of us, as the high winds spook me due to all the trees surrounding my house.

Thank you for your concern, and I sure do hope you're feeling better by tomorrow.

Take care,

MaryAlice, on April 6, said:

Yes, my dearest H.P.

I am still up! Our boss is out of town on a golfing trip tomorrow through Wednesday, so we are splitting up the days to take call. My day is Tuesday, so I have tomorrow and Wednesday off this week free and clear! I am so excited! :)

How about yourself, Happy P? What are you doing up at this late hour? :)

Coal Miner's Boy, on April 6, said:

It's not late here, sweetness. I'm catching up on my posts after a lazy day of creating posters for my soccer team's photo session next weekend, and deciding what to cover in practice tomorrow night.

I have a class to teach first thing tomorrow (8 am), so I've been getting ready for that too.

Lastly, I've been going through some BW photos I shot as part of a photography class I took in 1997 and deciding whether they are good enough to upload (I developed them myself and they've got some dust specks and such - Photoshop can fix them).

Enjoy your time off, lucky lady!

MaryAlice, on April 7, said:

What sort of class do you teach, Happy Paul? I meant to ask you this last night, but forgot!

I hope you're enjoying your day! :)

Greetings,

Merry Alicia

Coal Miner's Boy, on April 7, said:

Today I'm teaching about bloodborne pathogens to non-medical personnel. I also do this class on Thursday and Friday.

Tomorrow I'm doing Hazard Communication and Respiratory Protection with wastewater treatment workers in the morning, then Hazard Communication in the afternoon for mechanics.

Next week I'm teaching work zone safety (traffic flagging) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday I'm the sound, light and vision technician for our annual safety meeting, when I have an ergonomics specialist coming in to talk about ergonomics for manual workers. We also have our annual awards and a tri-tip and chicken lunch.

Then I get to relax a little! I only have four more sessions in April before I start driving around for the rest of the spring (with a two week vacation in Glacier National Park at the end of May.) Life is certainly not dull at this time of year!

H.P.

MaryAlice, on April 7, said:

Oh my goodness.... Happy Paul, how do you find the time to ever play on here? You are one busy man! ....And very smart too! :) I will come to you with all my future questions regarding bloodborne pathogens, Hazard communication, traffic flagging, ergonomics, and chicken mcnuggets! Wow! Most impressive, H.P.

I will look at you in a whole new light now! :)

Very respectfully yours, Merry Alicia

Happy One,

Let me assure you, the only thing I have eaten from McDonald's in the past year was one of their little apple salads! It has fresh cut up apples, grapes and walnuts! :) That's it though! None of that fried mess! No! Never!

I'm so glad to hear that you're keeping Americans smart, safe and healthy! We do our share down here just to try to keep them well! ;)

Have a wonderful day, my friend!

Mary Alice, I just love this photo. I was looking at it the other day and had to rush off before I could leave you a comment. They are so blue! I do hope you like his bird pictures, I know you love your wildlife, and I was blown away by this particular one..
