Oh yes! There's that ship again! Marie Bois! And Betty too! ;-))
Nice photo, Mike! Getting acquainted to your new 650D?
It's good to see that you keep it tidy around you. :-)
Of course I Like it! ;-)
All the best,
Mmmm, the other side is a tad untidy, I am planning redecoration after Xmas, so all the samples of materials and cushion covers are strewn about, but wallpaper is ordered for that yukky green wall and new covers made for chair seat and settee seat, just scatter cushions to sort before decorator comes in February. Camera settings will have to be done in shop, I twiddled a few knobs and switches but I fear the next time I switch the camera on we will fly to the dark side of the moon!!!
Now, when you mention it Mike, maybe that green wall could benefit from a new wallpaper. ;-)
Have you read the user manual for your camera? It will tell you what you need to know about the camera settings.
I found also a 20 minute Video Tutorial on how to set up. :-)
vERY HELPFUL VIDEO LINK, RATHER COMPLICATED PROCEDURE!!
i HAVE SAVED IT FOR FURTHER REFERENCE, THE GUY TALKS FASTER THAN i CAN MOVE!
I read the user Manual twice to try and set time etc, but it was a long time before I could learn to fly the damn thing, so I need to learn to loop the loop now before I am let free to join the Sqaudron patrolling the skies!!
No wonder that you can't learn to fly that thing Mike.
It's a camera, not an air-plane! ;-)))
A big "HELLO" dear Mike...I hope this finds you well...I'm looking onto a gloomy scene this morning. the dark clouds are looming low, the sky is full of snow and out in it I must go!!
I smiled at your title since my room also resembles yours!
BTW, if I observe any strange lunar activity, I'll blame you :)
All the best auld lad!
A mighty reply to you Jim, good to see you here, hope you are well
Definitely a Like 2 for neatness. Mike. but give yourself a pleasant break reading 'True seaker's' comment in this post. and maybe you could tell me what he is talking about? I think he's a Geordie? :=)) all the best cheers scally.
I have no comment to make to that comment scally
Nice and cosy. Is that your drawing on the wall?
Hi Marianne my dear friend, thank you for your kind words. I don't draw on my walls now but I sometimes hang my pictures there! This one is by a fellow artist and friend of mine, most of the pictures I have on show are by friends.
Happy Christmas hugs and good wishes to you and your family &&~&~~& :)))))
A Christmas hug for you too my friend. I wish for you all the best.
Many thanks MM, I already have the best of friends on here, lots of them!
My good wishes for your continued happiness and lasting peace for 2013.
My seat! I hope I will be able to sit there soon drinking a fine cup of tea. Best wishes from us.

MY SEAT! you get to sit there by choice when you visit!
As always, both you and Linda are welcome to call at your leisure, as long as I am not away on business!

The other side might be more interesting, Mike - but thanks for sharing this. It looks like a very pleasant place. Have you done the redecorating? It's well after Christmas now.
What a beautiful scenery!
Excellent photo, I like it a lot!
