Thomas Alma Moulton Barn, Alpine Glow on Grand Teton Mountain Range

Mormon Settler Thomas Alma (T.A.) Moulton built the barn above in what is now part of Grand Tetons National Park.

The T.A. Moulton Barn is all that remains of the homestead built by Thomas Alma Moulton and his sons. The original box shape was started in 1913 to house the horses. The barn was finished in 1934 and was used until 1961.

The Mormon Row Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 as an Historic District.The Mountains are part of the Cathedral Group of the Teton Mountain Range. The tallest is Grnd Teton at 13,775 feet (4,199 m).
