HI Jack, Hi Daryl, Nice to hear from you both with your constructive comments. I really appreciate the feedback and value your remarks. I'm really enjoying my time here on Panoramio because of meeting people like you guys. Its wonderful to have new friends around Australia and around the world for that matter. Wishing you both a wonderful Christmas and a great 2013 behind the camera lens.
Bit warm at 42 degrees Daryl. Far better in Tassie at a mild and sunny 22 Cheers guys, from Gary & Wendy Tew
LIKE 13 for composition and colors....
Very nice picture, and also very nice gallery.
Oh, beautiful Tassie! Are you home at the moment Gary?
My heart is breaking for the all the destruction that is happening down there....just like'67 all over again! Makes me shudder....
Hope you and yours are not being badly affected.....Pam.
Hi Pam, Home now. Was in the "big smoke" Sydney since before Christmas. Missed all the 'fun' down here thankfully, but a friend of mine who I go surfing with lost his home at Dunalley, whilst another surfing mate at Taranna must have been in the thick of it too. Haven't heard how he's faired yet. Still blustery conditions down here and everything is bone dry, so one spark behind Hobart will have the city looking like '67 again for sure. All our neighbours got burnt out back then whilst our home survived with minor damage thanks to my Dad. We lived and Mum still does in Forest Road West Hobart. Happy days. cheers Gary
Hi Brussels100, and to JC Guizel thank you for visiting my gallery and for commenting. Much appreciated. Hi from Hobart Tasmania, regards Gary
That's some sky mate! And it looks like the diety is peering out from the clouds. Neat one! Lk it..Regards, Jock.
I took about 40 photos of this one Jock and this one ended up being the winner. Saw the dark sky and the calm conditions and grabbed the camera out of the scooter's boot. Thanks for commenting . cheers Gary
