hi there, what camera/lens setup didi you use to get this image, or has it been worked in photoshop??
Amazing shot anyway.
No PShop here Robin... I was as amazed as you might be. We saw a huge glow growing while down near the Austrian Hut, so I took off with my Nikon D70 and AFS Nikor 18-70 ED (and monopod) as fast as I could up the scree slope. I've asked others, like an astrophysicist buddy how this was possible. They seem to attribute it to being on the equator at a time when we were in apogee to the moon. We got an additional mag effect because it was still at a low angle. Other shots not exactly like this, but close, were shot by my climbing partner. Real, but 'unreal' at the same time.
Magnificent! Have you had it printed up at all or would you be prepared to let me have a copy? Own use only of course.
Hi, could you give your camera settings, f/stop, shutter speed, ISO, time of day, etc... Cool looking shot. What time of year was this?
Excellent photoshop work!! Unless you can give the camera settings like user kwaiet said, then it's really hard to believe this was all in-camera. Many things just don't add up, ie shadows & lighting
GREAT SHOT and LIKE!
