Very nice shot Pong! YSL Do you ever do stitch? In this situation I would do stitch! Why because if I point camera up I get a noticeable vanishing point. So I take first set of photos with camera point straight forward in portrait mode, then another set pointed up to get ceiling. The stitch allows you to straighten. I often use free download Microsoft MICE to create panorama.

If for the sake of art you desire the vanishing point look please disregard, I try to help!

Thank you all indeed for the visits and kind words.

Lady GooGoo La La, I totally agree with you. Thanks for your advice. I love stitch photo too but I lately find it taking quite a lot of time and energy to locate a number of reference points. I have a good number of photos taken especially for stitching but I am just lazy. Perhaps I should try the MICE as you suggest.

I merely hold camera still and rotate from my waist with about 50% overlap! :~)

Its easier if your lens has low distortion, I sometimes use wide angle zoom but dont zoom all way out because curve makes more difficult to stitch, but much better with a prime with low distortion. :~) La la
