Nice picture Ian. Greetings Berend
I enjoyed holidays here, especially as a youth, and the small surf beach is very familiar to me. It always seems a very pleasant place because of the green canefields one travels through to get here.
Oh to be a bird ~ well this is the next best thing Ian ~ I like the scene and Season's Greetings to you ~ nick
The canefields and this basaltic coast make for a very attractive area.
It is a joy to fly (courtesy of my son) with a camera, and see landscapes from a low altitude, seeing patterns and colours, arrangements and processes. To see always sets of the wondering and interpreting, and that flows into questions and understandings.
I trust that Christmas was a special festival for you, in spite of the rain, and that 2013 is a fruitful and fulfilling time, Nick.
alyways full of fascinating masterpieces Ian !
It pleases me that there are guys like you who enjoy aerial imagery. It always excites me no matter what the altitude, but to be able to fly at low altitudes with my camera allows me to see both the patterns and the processes of human settlement and the patterns and processes of geomorphology at the same time - as here. So to see and interpret is a loy but to be able to share them with others is a privilege.
So thanks for your appreciation, flightleader.
