Showing St Julian's Church. It is now St Julian's Centre and has a long history! There was a church here in Saxon days. It appears in the Domesday Book as The church of Saint Juliana. The present tower dates from the late Saxon period (c.1195), and was extended in Grinshill sandstone in around 1485.
