Common Blue Tit (Cyanistes caeruleus)

This is the lakeside place of the friendly Robin ~ where I have hung fat seed balls in a wire holder, nuts in a wire holder and bird grain in a plastic tube and access holes. The Robin has learnt to use all three ~ now his neighbours the Blue Tits gather round to get some too. There are several pairs and Mr Robin is none too pleased ~ but can't fight them all off :~) For me ~ I'm trying to learn how to take shots of birds and I'm not finding it easy. The Blue Tits for example hardly ever stay still for longer than a second or two.

A blue titmouse - awesome! In our area, I've only ever seen the tufted titmouse and I've never been able to catch one decently in a picture. You must have the patience of Job - great job! * Like 2 *
