And, yes, Juanjo, I think this is boquerón (anchovy, anchois, acciuga, hamsi...), a common fish in the Mediterranean. Here, in Spain, it's very appreciated. Marinated with salt and vinegar and then (after several days) served with garlic, parsley and olive oil, or salted and conserved canned with olive oil (then known as "anchoas" in Spain) are delicious.
