Is this a suburb of Brisbane Ian? Greetings Berend

Greetings Berend,

Caboolture was a country town about 50kms from Brisbane, but as the city and region have grown, it is now a northern suburb of Brisbane serviced by commuter trains. Administratively, Caboolture is a major hub in the northern peri-Brisbane local government area called Moreton Bay Region.

Other hubs in that local government area include, Albany Creek, Samford, Petrie, Redcliffe and Bribie Island. It is a rapidly growing area.

Nice series of aerial pictures you have taken Ian did you make this flight for fun or were you traveling somewhere?

Cheers, Erik

Thanks Erik. My son runs a flying school and occasionally there's a spare seat so I can accompany him. Recently we flew to Bundaberg where the aircraft manufacturers are so that we could fit a new straighter propellor. Such occasions are an opportunity for photography.

Oh that is great Ian and a wonderful opportunity for some good aerials.

Cheers, Erik
