The drive through the Flinders and down to Parachilna was one I'll never forget. It's magnificent trip. Obviously brilliant at night time too.

Stuart * I always make some night shots of our camp sides. There is no other lights, just the stars and the moon. Regards Ebi

Lovely photo Ebi, the lack of movement of the stars is really impressive for a night pic, looks a great peacefull spot to :) liked.

Wow, I love it! The Southern Cross just hitting the horizon and the pointer stars gleaming so brightly, one of them being Alpha Centauri, our next neighbor star! I've got a few night shots, in some of them I captured shooting stars! Also just came across the art of star trail photography, I'd like to try that some time.

Ripper shot Ebi! Haven't got the details up to tell us how long it took.. Very evocative. Lk. All the best, Jock.

Hi Jock*The shot was taken with an aperture 2.9 and a shutter speed of 15 sec. using 200 ISO, RAW and the noise reduction. I still had to process the photo using NEAT IMAGE. With the old monologue, I used to develop and process my films myself,it would have been more challenging but I still miss my old PENTAX some times. Regards Ebi
