Thank you Judy this is the spot where people from all over the world come to see the sights of NYC from the Palisades Cliffs. On most clear nights there are many buses that come to this point a lot with Asian writing on them, also a great number of buses from Canada too are regularly seen on this street. It was really foggy last night making for a not so good view of NYC.
