ESCABECHE DE POLLO (Peruvian Food)

The marinade is a preparation of Peruvian cuisine, characterized its flavor or yellow pickled hot peppers, onion and vinegar, served at family gatherings or between weekdays which will give us that sense of celebration. It is a dish best eaten hot or cold. Accompanying pickled, besides rice, olives, sweet potato and boiled egg. It is a very delicious dish. El escabeche es una preparación de la cocina peruana, caracterizan su sabor especial el ají escabeche o amarillo, la cebolla y el vinagre, se sirven en las reuniones de familia o entre días de semana lo que nos dará esa sensación de fiesta. Es un plato que se consume caliente o frío. Al escabeche se acompaña, además del arroz, aceituna, camote y huevo sancochado. Es un plato muy delicioso.
