There's at least two that I know of in Western New York where I grew up, think most were removed by the early 70's, but not sure. Funny, the ones I know of are now parks as well. Oh, and here's a link

Its kind of funny, strange, or weird that former locations of this importance are being uncovered and documented so well. Sources of Wikipedia, people on Youtube, elsewhere on the net or even us on Panoramio you'd think the Government would of done a better job destroying these locations when they abandoned them...
