I couldn't think of a better botanical name to give them, David! All the best, mate.

Greetings Berend.

Last Saturday I explored a track in the forestry that was new to me. We passed a whole grove of them on the summit of the range and then came across other groves in the valley bottoms, like here. They are stately, majestic and 'pure'.... and rapid growers.

Thanks for your appreciative visit once again.

Bonjour Lydie.

They are impressive trees, most stately trees in the forest.

Thanks indeed, for your comment.

Hi Lex,

This is the nature of flooded gums - they are so smooth, straight and regal. (I wish I could grow them in my residential garden!!)

Thanks for your visit and comment.

Regards from the Mary Valley,
