Some nice HDR pictures you uploaded recently. What program or site did you use for editing to HDR?

Kind of funny only weeks ago that I started doing HDR myself, I have learned from other Panoramio users and a few tips online mostly from DPS. Please take a look at my other HDR photos, I have tagged them. I've been photographing mostly with a point and shoot camera. The programs I've been using Photomatix Essentials for HDR work, and little bit of Aperture / iPhoto. Thank you for your comment Biketommy

Thank you. I tested Anymaking HDR recently but the picture quality was a little low. I think I will get Photomatix. I use Canon Powershot as you are. I have seen your photos now and they are great.

For me a using a tripod is a must, I've heard some users on here in Panoramio say they use a camera that is better equipped for HDR. All I know to get the photos use of a tripod but also use your Powershot in Manual Mode taking of Three to Five shots to make the image adjust your shutter speeds each time little by little. For these recent shots my Powershot does 1/2000 then I decreased it by a thousand. Then by a couple hundred each time till I felt it was way too much light for the scene "by the fourth or fifth shot". I have a link here hope it helps a little Shutter and Aperture.

Yes a tripod is a must to create the the same images several times. And in dark environments too. I´ve also heard that it is good to use RAW or very high resolution. To use Anymaking HDR I needed only one image. So it was easy to use. But the qulity on the result was to low. My old Photoshop CS3 didn´t work at all. The mission goes on. Thank you for your information. :)

Kind of interesting I'm looking at all the settings on my Canon SX260 not seeing at settings for RAW just shooting clarity. Had an older model SX series that did have the RAW mode... If I need or want to shoot in RAW I will have to use my DSLR.
