You have a lot of interesting pictures. This is one of my favorites, because of the unreal atmosphere it creates.

Thanks very much for your visit Stéphane and for your very nice words. I saw that you also have a photo with a similar theme from Guadeloupe. I took that as a compliment as well ;-) Cheers, Paul - Canberra.

This one jumped out at me. Instead of the canopies, or full tree you choose to have the tree trunks standing to attention in line. Esteban is right, you have some very interesting pictures. BTW: Thanks for taking the time to re-position my Amsterdam snaps.

One look at this before I read anything and I knew it was **Kings Park. When I was on the farm for many years my Mother planted a Lemon Sented Gum in the mid 1920's and it got eat by pet lambs and other sheep and the milking cow many times, but eventrually it grew into a huge tree and around the 2003, we had to cut it down as it was starting lean towards the old house.Didn't really wantto at all.Later we could see all the rings of each year it was alive. Best Regards,David

They're magnificent trees aren't they. Someone made an excellent choice in planting these along that avenue, hope they last many more years.

Hi Marion
Thanks so much! I loved this enormous park, a magnificent setting and views, and so close to the city. But then Perth overall is such a lovely place.
Kind regards, Paul
