Below Simcoe Falls in Yarker in January at -20 C. There was a saw mill beside me. Behind me was Benjamins Manufacturing Co., it made wagon wheels. It once employed up to 60 men making 400 wheels a day. After 1916 they made baskets, boxes and crates. On the other side of the river was a foundry in 1878.
