At base of Victorian clocktower is Dover's first Lifeboat Station (now at Crosswall Quay in the Marina). Large building on the pebbles is Dover Sea Sports Centre and Hythe Bay Seafood Restaurant and Bar (CT17 9F). Next is the Art Deco-style West Promenade Kiosk with enclosed seating area (cafe, hot and cold drinks, ice creams). Seafront, Seaside, Esplanade and Marine Parade. Food, Travel, Tourism and Vacation.

A white mast from a yacht in Wellington Dock can be seen on the far right along with a wooded area of the White Cliffs of Dover, Western Heights section. Part of the distant P&O Ferries' Channel House extends to the left of the West Promenade Kiosk's roof.
