You know, just saying that.

I was walking through St James the other day and passed a payphone. Funny cause i actually noticed it i thought they were all mostly gone. Bet they are expensive now.

It stuck out like a sore thumb, but I liked the morning sun shining through it. Also thought it was quite nostalgic in these days of mobiles, email, Skype etc

Its sad to lose an iconic link to the past like these phone boxes.... We have one in our town still in use... Cheers from the Colonies... :)

This was indeed a fine specimen!

You don't realise these old phone boxes are so scarce until you see one again and it makes you feel nostalgic. I remember not having a home phone and using the red box for calls. Happy days!
