Sarah O ~ If you enlarge the map to the right of the picture Sarah then you ought to be able to make out the full details of this wear which is at a point where the river colne that has been flowing down the canal splits off again to form a river on its own running close to the canal. The water is very high due to all the rain and the flow fast. The camera has frozen the water as it falls ~ Best wishes and a hug ~ nick
