Neptune Through the Snowy Palms

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

It does not snow much in Virginia Beach. It is too far south; too close to the ocean; and, at zero elevation. So this will probably be the big snow for the winter of 2013; total accumulation between one and two inches (2 - 5cm.). This was taken at dusk with the snow still coming down. View is to the SE.

Hi Gabi -

It looks like someone, probably you, has already made this correction for me. I apologize for missing a number in the first place. I'll be more careful about this in the future. Thanks for your efforts as moderator.

Regards, Mark
