Le café Campana au Musée d'Orsay

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

Thanks Safa, Marina, Greta: this coffee shop is located under the roof of the museum and through the clock there is a breathtaking view over the Seine and the Right Bank. Downstairs there is a fancy restaurant but with a not very rich menu.

Gaetana « Gae » Aulenti passed away in Milan on the 31st of October 2012, just weeks prior to her 85th birthday. In 1981 , Wally, she was chosen to turn the 1900 Beaux Arts Gare d'Orsay train station, a spectacular landmark originally designed by Victor Laloux, into the Musée d’Orsay, a museum of mainly French art from 1848 to 1915.

Thanks JOÃO, your gallery is a pictures fireworks...
