Golden Grove

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

I went looking for a small waterfall I'd seen pictures of and ended up here at this one which is far larger and to some extent better than t'other one.

That's what I like to hear Derek, I'd hate to disappoint as you well know ;o). Many thanks !

There is indeed many scenic falls throughout Yorkshire Ian and I seem to be getting round them all bit by bit. They come in handy when I run out of other ideas or don't have good light.

I'm just pleased you all haven't got tired off them yet . Cheers :o)

Bugger!!;-))) I knew you would find this when i was grounded, not to worry Sam its not going anywhere. Its a nice spot mate, mark it up for a Spring shot.

Yorkshire Sam on February 12, 2013

Well if you want to get to this Neil you'll also need waders mate unless you can get permission from the owner of Waterfall Cottage to access it from his garden. Nobody was home so I had to go further downstream and make my way up through the pools and rocks.Oh and this isn't the one I was expecting to find when we went looking but is the one I'd seen marked on the map, the other is just a small affair about 300 yds from where we walked to.

Cheers :o)
