Hello Sarah,

I estimate the location of this picture at 53°13'48.15"N, 1°58'55.61"W. Keeping a margin of +/- 500 yards.

These are not the Derbyshire peaks. To be overprecise, the image is actually taken just over the county border in Cheshire.

You're standing on the A54 road (Buxton-Congleton) looking south over Axe Edge Moor. Below in the valley (not visible) flows the river Dane and the rubble in front looking like a landslide is the disused Reeve-edge quarry.

(not all from mind, I filled in the details with help of wikipedia/google and some magic)
