I think i like this shot better than the first one Sam, nice use of the branch..(dingle;-) across the top of the picture. Its just a pity its such a bugger to access...grappling hooks and a rope ladder mate?? maybe not.
Cheers Neil, I still think the best is yet to come by way of future visits with better light and some spring greenery, though yes as you say easier access would be a help should you wish to see it first hand.
Excellent and beautiful capture. It's not too close and not too far away. Like.
Is that a bridge above the falls? I take it you had to climb down from the roadway with all the talk about difficult access.
Lovely shot Sam
ysl Best wishes, Andy
Superb photo Sam. I like the detail of the bridge at the top of the waterfall. Regards Derek
I noticed the bridge too Sam I think it adds to the view somewhat, can't add much more to what the others have said except it's a nice scene. I see Neil has a grappling hook and rope ladder any reports of escaped convicts up your way?
Guy it was tricky access in as far as I had to wade quite a way from downstream. The rope idea is Neils since he has no waders :o)
I'm glad you enjoyed it Andy
The trellis sides help Derek, had it been a solid sided affair I don't think it would have been so easy on the eye.
Ian, you should know Neil bu now , he has these wacky ideas. You'd never see him trying any of them mind, he'd never get down a ladder with that zimmer frame of his ;o)
kind regards and my thanks to you all for keeping me motivated :o)
