Greetings Marilyn, Now there are some old stomping grounds. I used to work for the Forest Service as a Fire Control Aid (Look Out Tower) in the early 70's. I was stationed in Mancos, Colorado, and my tower was Jersey Jim, up against the San Juan mountains. I could see the look out tower on the top of Mesa Verde and we would spend hours chatting away the time. Mesa Verde was only about 20 miles from me. It's a really neat place to visit and poke around. Thanks for the memories.
Thanks, Rich, for the bit of history. That would have been some place to work!
That's amazing ! From your beautiful views we can also see a little bit of that beautiful country.
Hi Marilyn. I think I missed a couple of e-mails or something, but you've got lot's of pictures I missed. Good job here in Mesa Verde. This is a nice intimate view.
Thank you, Jacques and Hank. I feel lucky with the sun with this one.
Yes, Hank, I heard from a couple of people that they'd had a gap with the e-mails. I have that function turned off because I don't want so many e-mails while we're away. I'm going to have lots of catching-up to do when we're home and I have time!
Beautiful collection of photographs, I will have to come back to see them all. Greetings from Spain, Juan.
Many thanks, Juan. I have enjoyed beginning to explore your fine collection. Greetings from Canada, Marilyn
E 'la prima volta Che vedo queste foto sono fantastiche. Walter
